- Market your property effectively by maximizing your exposure on the internet through listing with multiple rental agencies and creating direct rental channels.
- Optimize your web presence on our rental portal, Elite Luxury Rental.
- Manage rental agency relationships, as well as the multiple calendars each agency uses (appx 5 – 6 calendars per home).
- Create and keep current one “Master Calendar” for your home which combines all reservations from all sources.
- Monitor occupancy of your home to fill empty time by creating specials when necessary.
- Use alternate marketing channels for last minute reservations, ie: Craig’s List.
- Establish a process where owners “reserve first”, during an owner selection timeframe.
- Collect rental income.
- Offer 5-star concierge services for guests.
- Stock rental essentials in your home (paper products, toiletries, welcome gifts, etc)
- Administer maid services (services and supplies).
- Inventory house after each rental, collect monies for repairs when necessary.
- Provide quarterly reporting with rental income check.
