Then, we'll send you an estimate for our services, along with a summary of your search criteria for you to review.

The Search: A knowledgeable personal search consultant will search and screen homes for sale based on your parameters, by utilizing our strategic real estate relationships and investigating all other available resources. Our personal relationships with numerous real estate agencies, property managers, corporate, and private owners give our clients the best advantage in finding their perfect vacation property.

We identify and pre-visit properties, then send a comprehensive property report with photos, floor plan, location and a full description of the property. Upon wanting to view the property, we arrange and accompany you on your property visits. If you desire, our partners in financing, renovation and decoration can meet with you along the way to help evaluate your investment goals, renovation needs, or otherwise assist in the decision-making process. Our goal is to assist in finding you the perfect home based on your specific needs. The Purchase: We will schedule and attend meetings on your behalf, and can represent you at closing if you are unable to attend.
